Manifestation Methods

Hi everyone. Long time no chat. I've taken a break from my blog/YT channel because I've been dealing with severe anxiety and recently had ankle surgery. It's called HyproCure. It's a minimally invasive procedure to correct my overpronation (more on this in a future post).

Anyways, while I am grounded in bed for the next three weeks, I finally found time to write again. This week I want to share ways you can manifest something you desire.

To Recap (as taken from my "Raise Your Vibration" post).

The Law of Attraction (LOA) states: "You will attract into your life whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to (good or bad). "The Universe responds to whatever you offer, whether or not it is good for you. The Universe responds to your vibration levels."

You can manifest anything through positive affirmations and visualising the outcomes you desire. Simply, "Think positive and positive things will happen. Think negative and negative things will happen."

There are a lot of manifestation techniques. The two I am going to focus on are scripting and affirmations.

Scripting

Scripting is my all-time favourite LOA technique. I use this technique often, and it works so well. Scripting is just what it sounds like. You script what it is you desire. Think of it as a very specific letter to The Universe. You write out exactly what you want to happen and when you want it to happen. The big catch is that you must write it in the present tense as if it already happened. Doing that will make your manifestation come straight to you - like a magnet. In alternate universes (AU), you have everything you desire. So with LOA, you are bringing that thing you already have in an AU - to you right now.

For example, as I mentioned earlier, I was dealing with severe anxiety and my ankle surgery. I wanted it to go as smoothly as possible, and there was a lot that I was scared about. A few days before my pre-op appointment, I scripted how I wanted the appointment to go. I wrote about how my mum could come into the appointment with me, how my podiatrist/surgeon eased my fears surrounding the IV placement, and how I did not want any kind of benzodiazepine to be given to me, no matter how scared I was.

I also scripted how the surgery day went. I wrote about how my fears were eased and that I was calmer and at peace with my fears surrounding the surgery. I wrote about how easy the IV placement was and how I wasn't in much pain afterward. I thanked The Universe for working with me and how thankful and blessed I was to receive this manifestation. When I scripted this, I wrote the date I wrote this out and the date I wanted to receive it. And it worked!! Everything I scripted came true.

Affirmations

In secondary school, I had this cute little planner where I wrote down all my homework assignments/due dates, etc. At the beginning of each monthly spread, it had cute little quote. The one I remember most was, "Think positive and positive things will happen." So whenever I felt myself panicking or getting negative, I would repeat this affirmation either in my head or out loud. It really did help.

Affirmations are a great way to manifest things. It's straightforward and so effective. One of my fave Buddha quotes is, "What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create." If you constantly think negative things about yourself, you will become that person. Our minds are powerful, and we need to think positively if we want to attract our dream life.

There's this great app I have on my phone called "I Am." It will send me a different affirmation at various times throughout the day. Here's a list of some of my favourite affirmations related to confidence.

  • I am ready to start a new chapter in my life.

  • I never give up.

  • I am blessed.

  • I am confident in who I am.

  • I love myself.

  • I make a difference in the world by simply existing in it and trying to make it a better place in whatever ways I can.

  • I am beautiful.

  • My body is healthy.

  • I am confident in myself, and I don't care what people think of me.

  • I love who I am, and I don't feel the need to change myself for others.

Bonus

A bonus manifesting practice with affirmations is the 33 x 3 method. With this method, you write out your manifestation 33 times for 3 days. As I've stated many times, you must write this out in the present tense as if it's already yours (because it is). To make this even more powerful, do this at the exact same time on each of the 3 days. For this method, a short affirmation, works best because writing out (by hand) a long manifestation 33 times would be very exhausting.

And that concludes my post on manifestation methods. I hope you enjoyed this post. As always make sure to give it a like, leave me a comment telling me something you want to manifest and share thing post with anyone who might benefit from reading it. Sending you all the light and and love in this world. See you next time!
